Doctor Dane Bagley opened Dane Bagley, O.D. and Associates January of 2002. He then expanded and opened Perfect Optical Eyecare Center August of 2005.
He received his Doctor of Optometry Degree from The University Of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in June of 2001. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physiological Optics from UAB. He received a Low Vision Rehabilitation Fellowship September 2001, under Donald C. Fletcher, M.D. of The University of Alabama at Birmingham Helen Keller Foundation for Research and Education. He then received certification for fitting and prescribing Paragon CRT for Corneal Refractive Therapy in August of 2003. Dr. Bagley completed internships at Pfister Vision Center in Birmingham, AL, and at the Birmingham VA hospital Optometric Clinic.
Dr. Bagley currently resides in Madison, AL with his wife Karen, and their four children; Thomas, Kaylyn, Tyler, and Katie. He also enjoys teaching an Old Testament class.
